Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using GreetEvo ("the Service"), operated by GreetEvo ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

GreetEvo provides AI-powered phone receptionist software that allows businesses to automate call answering, lead capture, appointment booking, and call transfers using artificial intelligence and telephony integrations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Call Recording and Compliance

The Service records and transcribes phone calls. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction. In many jurisdictions, you must notify callers that their call is being recorded.

5. Subscription and Billing

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data, call recordings, transcripts, and customer information collected through the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreetEvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
